Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated by us in writing, custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided customization details, including names, initials, dates, ring sizes, addresses, or design instructions submitted with the order.
