How does local pickup work?

Bring your invoice to American Sweetheart Salon within one week of purchase and Reagan will assist you with order pickup.

What materials do you use?

I use stainless steel for my chainmaille jewelry. Stainless steel is durable, tarnish-resistant, and a great option for everyday wear. Depending on the design, some pieces may also include additional materials such as charms, beads, or stones, which will be listed in the product description.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnishing, fading, and rust. With normal wear and proper care, your jewelry should maintain its appearance very well over time.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Store it in a dry place when not in use

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals such as bleach or strong cleaners

  • Clean with mild soap and water if needed, then dry thoroughly

  • Use a soft cloth to remove fingerprints or light residue

While stainless steel is durable, proper care will help preserve the finish and any decorative elements included in the piece.

Do you offer custom orders?

Custom orders may be available depending on the design, sizing, and materials requested. If you have an idea in mind, feel free to contact me with the details and I’ll let you know whether I can create it.

Can I request a different size?

If sizing is available for a piece, it will usually be listed in the product description. If you need a different size for a bracelet, necklace, or other wearable item, please contact me before ordering and I’ll do my best to adjust any product to your needs.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Please review the shop’s return policy before purchasing. If there is an issue with your order, contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

Do you make only jewelry?

Thorn & Thread started out as a rug tufting business (hence, Thread) :) 

Rugs will be available soon and in very limited releases!
